1.Koreans believe in hard work.
2-Koreans believe in education.
3-Koreans believe n saving and being frugal.
4-Koreans believe in the long term investment.
They are not racist. Just because they do not live in other minority areas or contribute to the economy. Koreans know the concept of "corporate action" of sticking together, being clannish if you will. If you do not like their customer service then go to another place to spend your money. No one is telling blacks or hispanics to spend their money at Korean stores. The Parks, Lees and Young's have made their mark on America and as a result they have achieved the American Dream.
