would a tropical sunset look good as a tattoo?
i want a black palm tree with a tropical sunset in the background, as anyone ever seen that as a tattoo? i am not sure how well it would transfer over as a tattoo. i know i LOVE the idea of it, but how well would it hold up over time compared to other tattoos?
the sunset wont be black, the palm tree would be. the color in the background would be color.

At the tattoo shop i use to work they had flash for several tropical beach scenes and the ones that i've seen get done (when done by a skilled artist) come out amazing. Your idea sounds pretty especially with the color combinations that are possible for the sunset. What part of the body would you be getting it at? Oh and as for the holding up over time thing.. It would do good seeing as the detail would be somewhat low and bold and the sunset colors would be blended together already. Do your research on local artists and talk to them about your idea and see what ideas they have to help you.
