Yes, it appears rated for 2 ohm load per channel.
BTW, that's not Ohm's law, that is watt = volts * amps, or amps = watt/volts.
For speakers, in series you add the Ohms resistance, series makes the power go through both speakers one after the other. Parallel is where like this setup the power can go through EITHER woofer as negatives on both are hooked up together, and that setup you cut the speaker ohms in half for the actual estimated load. So a 4 ohm and 4 ohm in parallel = 2 ohm load for that channel. You are also seemed to be confused with how many channels. Good luck and save your hearing some for later in life, trust me on that.
