The bum on the beach--the only character in the game, besides George (who didn't do it) which is why the game was such a bummer. Well, just one of the reasons.
He was a wanna be actor-turned-talent-agent from Stay Tuned for Danger (the second game) out for revenge on Nancy. And he was a lot cooler in Stay Tuned for Danger too.
