Im a Senior and i still ride the bus to school...and people make fun of me =(?
why do people make fun of me for this? i dont see the big effing deal! sure it sucks and i cant do whatever i want after school like they can but why the fuck do they have to impose shit on me? i mean if anything im the one whos being green (car pooling), saving gas, saving miles on my car, not wasting taxpayer money, and anything else im forgetting. A parking pass at my school is 300$ (which is criminal!). Now if i had a car, yeah, id consider-key word: CONSIDER- driving to school. Unfortunetly i live in a really sh*tty isolated place and no one wants to gimme rides, that and i dont have a whole lot of friends in the first place.
i dont understand the big deal. can you explain?
i dont give them a reaction. i simply just ignore them or laugh it off but inside it really pisses me off
I didn't have a car in school. My family could not afford to help me buy one. I didn't work in school because I played sports and got to work on my homework. I was captain of the football and basketball teams. And I rode the bus all 4 years.
Did some make fun of me? Sure, and they were douche bags. I rode a bus, which gave me time to do homework on the way home. I also got to ride with my younger siblings, so I could watch out for them. KIds with cars are trouble. My best friend got a car, and his grades went to shit. He also ditched so much school to go surf, that finally his car got taken away.
