Frugal Living Groceries
I am moving to Dallas and I would like to know where a young professional might enjoy living.?
I am a single woman. I am interested in living near other young professionals in a safe and quiet environment. I am interested in finding a mid rise condo in a secure community with quality grocery stores, convenient nightlife and shopping ... Access to highway 75 or other non-congested routes to Plano where traveling against the traffic pattern would be a plus... I would prefer a mid rise condo with gated access and safe and secure parking... a pool and exercise room would be a plus... however this will be my first job and so I will need to be frugal... thank you!
There is a development in North Plano on the North Dallas Tollway at Legacy where a lot of young professionals live. You must be at least 21 years of age to live in the apartments due to the nightlife (upscale bars etc.) in the neighborhood. They have the Angelika Theater, lots of good restaurants, parking garages, a lake and tons of shopping. The area is just South of the Stonebriar Centre Mall in Frisco, and the Shops at Willow Bend are nearby also.
It's a safe, upscale neighborhood.
The Post Legacy studios start around $600/month , and a loft starts at $730.
