I have to write sentences about vocabulary words, and I want to know if the make sense. If there are any grammatical errors, please report those, as well.

The conference digressed from finance ti Tina Turner.
4.exemplary
Chocolate is exemplary compared to ex-lax, or anything else, for that matter.
5.frugal
She tried to be frugal by stretching her dollar, but all she got was a ripped dollar bill.
6.lobbyist
The politician only got votes from the lobbyists who told him what to do.
7.mundane
The teacher was so mundane, Jake fell asleep in class.
8.opulent
The opulent jewel necklace put the plastic one to shame.
9.prosperity

10.infuriating

Yeah, it looks like you know what you're doing. I'd use a different one for prosperity though, since prosperity is a noun, and prosper is a verb. Maybe something like, "Since trade began, we've had a long period of prosperity."
