Why aren't home econimics courses offered at colleges anymore?
True, very very few women would be "homemakers" as their cited main profession, but I still think an elective or two would be rather useful. Sure I could follow a recipe book, but I have no idea how to do more complicate homemaking tasks that could save our budget, and help me be more frugal.
1) no money
2) REDUCED DEMAND
3) women do not do the cooking as frequently
4) regarding canadian beacon is could be off the mark. education is education, wherther its missle design on home eco.
